Bob Hodgson has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax planning, business formations, computer consulting, financial planning, litigation support, business financing, mergers and buyouts. Bob has assisted both Fortune 500 companies and the up and coming entrepreneurs during his "Big Five" firm experience. He has helped both start-ups and mature companies grow to meet their goals by raising debt financing and equity capital in roll-ups and initial public offerings.

Bob is especially knowledgeable in the areas of international taxation, tax treaties and cross-border business formations.

In addition to his experience as a CPA, Bob has served as a controller, CFO for public and privately held companies. He is currently managing partner of an international consulting, headquartered in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Bob’s hands-on business experience offers clients an unique insight into helping them succeed.

Bob is enthusiastic about the challenge of helping his clients manage their businesses and save tax dollars. Joyce Etling

Joyce Etling has over 20 years of experience in accounting and tax services. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

Joyce has her license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant. She has experience in planning and preparing individual and corporate tax returns. Joyce works with clients to implement the most advantageous financial plans, with high concentration on cost and tax consequences.

Wendy Kelley

Manager

Wendy is a manager for client services at Hodgson CPA. Wendy has extensive experience in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, payrolls and problem solving. She has used and taught the QuickBooks accounting system for a number of years.

Wendy is always smiling and ready to assist our clients in solving problems.

Lonya Haley

Tax Specialist

Lonya is a tax specialist with Hodgson CPA and has extensive experience in income tax preparation, tax planning, business formations and QuickBooks. Working as a full-charge bookkeeper for many years has provided Lonya with special insight to many accounting systems.

Lonya is currently enrolled at the University of Houston with studies in business and accounting.
